About Our Client

Our client is an established MNC in the chemical industry. They are currently looking for highly capable individuals to grow them to further heights.

Job Description

  • Provide technical expertise and support to customers regarding the application, performance, and handling of chemical products.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve product-related issues to ensure customer satisfaction and optimal product performance.
  • Conduct on-site product trials, ensuring chemical products meet customer requirements in various applications.
  • Deliver technical training and presentations to customers and internal teams on product use, safety protocols, and best practices.
  • Collaborate with the R&D team to develop customized product solutions and improve existing formulations based on customer feedback.
  • Assist the sales team with technical support during customer meetings, product demonstrations, and presentations.
  • Conduct field tests and performance evaluations of products, providing insights for potential product improvements.
  • Manage and resolve customer complaints by conducting root cause analysis and providing technical after-sales support.
  • Stay updated on industry trends, emerging technologies, and competitor products to maintain a competitive edge and provide innovative solutions.
  • Ensure all products meet industry regulations and safety standards, advising clients on proper handling and storage procedures.


The Successful Applicant

  • Bachelor's degree in Chemistry, Chemical Engineering or a related field.
  • 2+ years of experience in a technical service or product management role, preferably in the chemical industry.
  • Strong understanding of chemical and machinery.
  • Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
  • Strong communication and presentation skills to effectively interact with clients, internal teams, and cross-functional departments.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a customer-centric approach.
