The Graphic Designer role mainly responsible in for overall creative concept and producing high-quality collateral materials for both online and offline platform which are engaging and informative. This person will be managing the end-to-end creative planning to deliver campaign related materials. The ideal candidate will be someone who always think of the box and strive to capture attention through the power of visual.

Key responsibilities:

  • Create and produce high-quality communication collateral materials for social media platform and e-commerce business that’s engaging, shareable and conversation-worthy (social media posting, ad design, brochures, flyers and etc).
  • Executing high-quality video content for various platforms, aligning with company brand direction.
  • Produce video by shooting, compiling footage, editing, and refining the shoots that present the highest quality.
  • Implement creative storytelling techniques, including the use of music, graphics, and effects to enhance video content.
  • Manage post-production, such as editing, graphics, special effects, etc.
  • Stay up to date with the industry trends and develop innovative and fresh content.
  • Good sense of timing and visual awareness and high level of attention to detail
  • Involvement in campaign planning strategies by offering conceptual and achievable design solutions.
  • Managing time and workflow efficiently so that task completions are on schedule.
  • Exercise judgment and project management skills to balance priorities and communicate to teams to meet and exceed project deadlines and commitments; keep internal clients informed of projects and progress.
  • Ensure a creative, yet consistent look and feel that adheres to and supports the corporate branding, visual identity, guidelines, and messaging.
  • Working closely with internal departments in all necessary content creation and execution as and when required.
  • Involving in any ad-hoc assignments relates to creative creation within the organization as and when needed.

Job Requirements

  • Must possess at least Bachelor’s Degree/Post-Graduate Diploma/Professional Degree in Art/Design/Creative Multimedia or equivalent
  • Minimum 2-3 years of working experience in shooting video projects with cameras and phone and preferably in FMCG/Retail related fields.
  • Proficient in Adobe Suite such as Illustrator, Photoshop, After Effects, Premiere Pro, Dreamweaver & Adobe Animate, video editing software; Microsoft Office (Word, PowerPoint)
  • Strong in sense of design, creative and attentive to detail.
  • Brownie points if possessed knowledge on trade display and guidelines.
  • Familiarity with programming language, such as CSS, HTML, and JavaScript is a plus point.
  • Good time management and multi-tasking skills, ability to work efficiently and effectively under pressure, and meet tight deadlines.
  • Be self-motivated and able to work independently with minimal supervision.
  • Good writing and oral communications skills, strong analytical and interpersonal skills.
