Job Responsibilities
- Responsible for all Contract administration and preparation of all documents related to pre & post contract
- Accountability with project costing , contractual terms and processes and pre and post contract administration
- Work collaboratively with suppliers and subcontractors to guarantee that the required information, costs, profitability, and value are met for each project.
- To work alongside the Head of Quantity Surveyor in the supervision of the cost and team members
- To draft BQ, prepare and analyse cost for tendering works
- Conduct a site visit to develop an assessment and project for future employment opportunities
- Facilitate the negotiation of cost and claims between proposals and contracts
- Monitor modifications to the design and/or construction work and modify budget projections accordingly
- Participate in tender interviews and provide clarifications
- Assess the value and quantity of on-site work completed
- Prepare and process quotations, tenders, and proposals in accordance with the client's deadlines
- Degree/Diploma/Certificate in Quantity Surveying Or Building Technology.
- Minimum 6 years’ experience in related field (interior design, fit out, renovation, construction)
- Possess own transport
