Amphenol High Speed Products Group is the market leader for high speed, high bandwidth electrical connectors for the Telecom/Datacom market (Mobile Networks, Storage, Servers, Routers, Switches, etc.). Our products help to enable the electronics revolution and remain a key enabler for all the major Tier 1 OEM’s globally. Our global headquarters are located in Nashua, NH and we have design, sales and manufacturing locations globally. Our high Speed Mezzanine Business Unit’s headquarter is located in Etter, PA with global locations in Penang, Malaysia, Taiwan, and Mexicali, Mexico. We are currently seeking a Marketing Account Manager to join our team. The position will be located in Penang, Malaysia.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

The Marketing Account Manager will work with cross functional teams to maintain and grow the business with key Amphenol Mezzanine customers.. This role will be responsible for maintain and manage all aspects of our strategic customers from revenue forecast, pricing, market share; delivery to ensure business growth and customer satisfaction. The ideal candidate must be versatile, attention to details with strong organization skill, and a quick learner with the ability to manage new responsibilities in a dynamic environment.

  • Retain, grow and deliver the revenue plan by working with internal and external teams to ensure the revenue goals are met.
  • Provide proactive and consultative customer support to maintain customer relationship and customer satisfaction.
  • Manage sustain business RFQ activities within Product pricing guidance.
  • Support booking and revenue reporting activities.
  • Asist product transfer activities as well as NPI to Production ramp up.
  • Monitor business award to ensure accuracy of share allocation.

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Bachelor’s degree with keen business acumen.
  • 3+ years of customer service, account management, project or program management experience with excellent interpersonal, verbal and written communication
  • 2+ years of experience working in the interconnect industry preferred
  • Well organized, detail-oriented with the ability to multi-task, prioritize and respond quickly
  • Ability to use Microsoft office (Excel and PowerPoint) proficiently.
  • Ability to integrate with cross functional teams globally and a willingness to “roll up your sleeves” to get the job done.
  • Self-motivated, team-focused attitude, and willingness to collaborate with peers, product line management, operations, engineering as well as external resources.
