About the Role
We're looking for a Senior Full Stack AI Software Engineer to enhance our team in Southeast Asia, offering a flexible hybrid working model. In this role, you'll play a crucial part in the evolution and maintenance of the Shieldbase AI platform, devising innovative applications and tools for our tech-savvy users, including machine learning engineers, data scientists, and analysts. You'll immerse yourself in leading-edge tech, crafting AI solutions that make a real difference. This position is full-time (hybrid).


Responsibilities

• Design intuitive annotation interfaces to streamline knowledge acquisition.
• Refine data pipelines for enhanced RAG model training and performance.
• Develop indispensable tools to streamline the RAG workflow and automation.
• Engage with varied teams to seamlessly incorporate RAG features into our initiatives.
• Tailor specific LLMs and various models to align with project objectives.
• Revel in a dynamic and engaging work culture while building lasting professional relationships.
  
  
  

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related field, or significant relevant work experience.
• Proficiency in diverse programming languages, including React, Rust, Golang and Python.
• Familiarity with LLM and NLP; and Machine Learning in general.
• Exposure to cloud services.
• Relevant experience working with Vector Databases and Knowledge Bases.
• Outstanding problem-solving acumen.
• Excellent communication and team collaboration skills.
