JOB DESCRIPTION:

Duties and responsibilities

• To manage the online and retail sales

• To maintain certain product margin

• To negotiate consignment stock

• Actively identify, acquire and develop new biz opportunities with SME in home improvement sector.

• To recruit, onboard, manage, and expand long tail partners/networks.

• Work with customers to provide feedback to creative teams for new marketing content and campaign.

• Strategize, plan, and execute marketing initiatives to achieve website targeted goals and increase market share.

• Design and implement a strategic business plan that expands company’s merchant base and ensure its strong presence

• Lead presentations and pitch for the merchant campaign.

• Organize marketing events for merchant related campaign activities.

• Oversee the creative and content team that works on the merchant campaign, ensuring that all creatives are aligned with the merchant strategy.

• Attend seminars, conferences and events where appropriate

• Keep abreast of trends and changes in the business world

• Other adhoc duties assign from time to time

Required skills and experiences

• Candidate must possess at least a Primary/Secondary School/SPM/"O" Level, Diploma, Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma, Bachelor's Degree, Post Graduate Diploma, Professional Degree, or equivalent.

• Required language(s): Bahasa Malaysia, English

• At least 5 year(s) of working experience as Commercial Manager or Associate Manager in retail/ constructio, preferably 10 years

• Prior experience working at startups, willing to take challenges

• Experience in business development with SMEs and executing marketing initiatives to reach sales target

• Aged under 40

• Strong leadership skills
