- Manage customer complaints and supplier issues effectively
- Initiate and formulate Corrective Actions and Preventive Actions (CAPA) via Root Cause Analysis (RCA)
- Analyse, evaluate and plan new projects/products for necessary process control, inspection and testing needs
- Review and monitor all testing equipment and procedures in accordance with relevant standards
- Monitor, evaluate and validate Quality Improvement Plan (QIP) for assigned product or project
- Lead internal audit for QMS and document control
- Manage department Key Result Areas (KRAs) / Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)
- Plan training for all inspectors and lab technicians and monitor them via skill matrix charts
- Ensure calibration aligns with QMS requirements

- Bachelor’s of Degree in Engineering with proven experiences in quality engineering in manufacturing and production industry for at least 10 years
- Proven experience in Quality Management Systems (QMS)
- 5 years of people management experience.
- Strong knowledge of Corrective Actions and Preventive Actions (CAPA) processes
- Experience in Root Cause Analysis (RCA)
- Proficiency in monitoring Quality Improvement Plans (QIP)
- Experience leading internal audits for QMS and document control
- Strong leadership skills with experience managing KRAs/KPIs
