  1. Make sure the webpage is open.
  2. In the Safari app on your Mac, choose Safari > Preferences, then click Security.
  3. Make sure the Enable JavaScript checkbox is selected.
  4. Click Websites.
  5. On the left, click Content Blockers.
  6. Make sure Off is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.
  7. On the left, click Pop-up Windows.
  8. Make sure Allow is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.

Position Summary

The Straumann Group is looking for a motivated individual to join the team. The position will assist to provide orthodontic clinical support and guidance for doctors with their ClearCorrect cases. The position will oversee and assist to organise all clinical activities within Malaysia (MY) and also work closely with the sales and production teams.

Key Responsibilities
  • Providing first-line clinical support for doctors in MY who have queries regarding case evaluation; record taking; communication with the technician; case setup modification and predictability; aligner troubleshooting and finishing of orthodontic cases
  • Working closely with doctors who are new to the ClearCorrect system and providing additional support and assistance with general queries regarding aligner treatment planning and processes
  • Conducting clinical training for doctors and their clinic support team
  • Provide ongoing clinical updates and training to the internal sales and marketing teams and support any clinical queries that the sales team may encounter during their interactions with the doctors
  • Working closely with the APAC Clinical Support Manager to provide ongoing feedback and updates from doctors and assist to develop clinical plans and strategies to ensure clinical success in the market
  • Representing ClearCorrect at educational events and programs, medical meetings, conventions and exhibitions
  • Driving success with the ClearCorrect business development within MY by working collaboratively with the sales team to achieve targets and set goals
