Brew Crew OpportunityOur Global Brew Crew is seeking an Assistant Manager, Creative Branding to be a key member of the Marketing Team. This role is responsible to oversee the development, production, and execution of creative media content across various platforms, including digital, print, and broadcast media.
This role requires a blend of creative vision, strategic thinking, and leadership to ensure all media assets align with the brand’s identity and goals. The Assistant Manager, Creative Branding will collaborate with internal teams and external vendors to create compelling and innovative media that engages CBTL’s target audience and drives brand awareness and sales.
Key Responsibilities
In this role, you will:Conceptualize and execute innovative branding campaigns that align with the company’s goals and vision, ensuring a strong, cohesive Global brand identity.Lead the creation of visually stunning and engaging content, including but not limited to photography, printed ads, digital ads, social media graphics, video content, and print materials. Create eye-catching static, animations and motion graphics to bring content to life, enhancing the storytelling and appeal of our digital campaigns.Establish and maintain consistent global standards across the website, mobile application, and social media platforms. Oversee the overall look and feel, global content usage, guidelines, taxonomy, analytics and tag management, systems interfacing, brand and user experience, among other related areas. Craft compelling written and visual content for various media platforms, such as websites, email blasts, and promotions, is also a key responsibility. Collaborate with other designers and the creative team is essential to meet creative asset and project requirements.
Your IngredientsBachelor’s degree in graphic design, Digital Advertising, Media Communications, Creative Media, Visual Communication, Fine Arts, or a related field.Proficiency with creative software such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Premiere Pro, After Effects, etc.). Experience with video editing and animation software and requirements across social platforms.5+ years of experience in media production, creative direction, or a related field.Strong portfolio showcasing a variety of creative outputs with demonstrated conceptual thinking and design aesthetics.Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple projects simultaneously.Excellent communication skills and ability to work independently or as part of a team to meet deadlines.
