Roles and Responsibilities

Sustain assembly production equipment and supervise technician’s activities in the FOL Assy line .Analyze current procedures, flow and standards to identify inefficiencies that can be streamlined for lower cost and higher productivity and quality.

Ensure ramp robustness/readiness of new products with automated manufacturing capabilities.

Provide both digital and physical solutions to automation problems.

Manage existing and new equipment linkage/ connectivity through SECS GEM, IoT.

To work on Ind 4.0 related Projects.

Job Descriptions

Own FOL Processes (Die Attah & Wire bond or Solder print, Chip mounter, dispensing, reflow and flux clean). Manage equipment and technicians and to liaise with process PMT (Process Management Team) and equipment manufactures to meet cost and productivity goal.

Work with IT team / equipment suppliers to develop, design, and configure systems that automate manufacturing processes, to sets up SECS GEM or any other protocol for OEE / manufacturing elements dashboard.

Evaluate new equipment features for current and future needs.

Understand how to obtain data, change the settings, and control the equipment remotely.

Write procedures in a simple manner that operators and technicians can follow. These procedures detail the specific instructions to operate the equipment and produce quality product.

Participate and lead various improvement programs using 6-sigma methodologies.

Qualifications/Requirements

Bachelor/master’s degree in engineering/applied science/science

Minimum 3 Years Of Related Experiences.
