As a Senior Sales Manager, you will be responsible for driving the growth of our SaaS products by leading the sales team, developing strategies, and ensuring the achievement of sales targets. Key Responsibilities:

Sales Strategy Development:

  • Develop and execute a comprehensive sales strategy to meet or exceed revenue targets for our SaaS products.
  • Identify new business opportunities and markets for expansion.

Team Leadership:

  • Lead, mentor, and motivate the sales team to achieve individual and team goals.
  • Provide training and support to improve the team’s sales skills and product knowledge.

Pipeline Management:

  • Manage the sales pipeline, from lead generation to closing deals, ensuring a healthy pipeline that supports revenue targets.
  • Use CRM tools to track sales activities, opportunities, and forecasts.

Customer Engagement:

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and partners.
  • Understand customer needs and collaborate with internal teams to deliver tailored solutions.

Collaboration:

  • Work closely with marketing to develop and refine sales collateral, presentations, and campaigns.
  • Collaborate with the product team to ensure the sales team is well-informed about new features and updates.

Reporting and Analysis:

  • Monitor sales performance metrics and provide regular reports to the Director of Sales.
  • Analyze sales data to identify trends, challenges, and opportunities for improvement.

Market Intelligence:

  • Stay informed about industry trends, competitive landscape, and customer needs.
  • Provide feedback to the product and marketing teams to help refine our offerings and positioning.
Qualifications:

Experience:

  • Minimum of 7-10 years of experience in sales, with at least 3-5 years in a senior sales role, preferably within the SaaS industry.
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets in a B2B environment.

Skills:

  • Strong leadership and team management skills.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Strategic thinker with the ability to drive results through others.
  • Proficient in using CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot).

Education:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field. A Master’s degree or MBA is a plus.

Other:

  • Ability to travel as needed to meet with clients and attend industry events.
