Job Description:

Title: Customer Service (Thai)

Location: KL Sentral, Malaysia

Language: Thai and English

Shift: Rotational Shift MYT (08 hours of Working + 01 hour of meal break)

05 days of Working & 02 days are off

Responsibilities:

  • Handling all inbound calls about customer general enquiries, complaints, comments,
  • To exceed customers' expectations in terms of customer service & accurate information.
  • Ability to handle customers with empathy and provide appropriate solutions to their queries
  • Ability to meet client service levels
  • Ability to adhere to company policies and security compliance guidelines

Requirements:

  • Degree with No Experience in Customer Service
  • Diploma with 01 Years experience in Customer Service
  • High School Pass with 03 Years of experience in Customer Service
  • Minimum of 1 year experience in customer service
  • Handling chat support, emails, inbound and/or outbound calls.
  • Good English communications skills
