Job Description:
Title: Customer Service (Thai)
Location: KL Sentral, Malaysia
Language: Thai and English
Shift: Rotational Shift MYT (08 hours of Working + 01 hour of meal break)
05 days of Working & 02 days are off
Responsibilities:
- Handling all inbound calls about customer general enquiries, complaints, comments,
- To exceed customers' expectations in terms of customer service & accurate information.
- Ability to handle customers with empathy and provide appropriate solutions to their queries
- Ability to meet client service levels
- Ability to adhere to company policies and security compliance guidelines
Requirements:
- Degree with No Experience in Customer Service
- Diploma with 01 Years experience in Customer Service
- High School Pass with 03 Years of experience in Customer Service
- Minimum of 1 year experience in customer service
- Handling chat support, emails, inbound and/or outbound calls.
- Good English communications skills
