- Carry out programming tasks for eArchive including Change Requests or projects by following development guidelines and delivering the solution within scope, budget, and timeline.
- Perform root cause investigation and provide a solution.
- Provide technical consultation (e.g. application design/development, effort estimation) based on business user requirements and best fit for system operations.
- Perform quality assurance activities (e.g. prepare test cases, unit testing, code review).
- Provide ongoing consulting to business users whenever necessary.
- Capture and deliver documented business requirements and business process flow to developers.
- Communicate to business users to solve issues throughout the development process with a good understanding of the business user's needs and meet their expectations.
- Participate in projects whenever necessary.
- Bachelor Degree's in Computer Science / Information Technology or any equivalent course.
- Intermediate programming like Java, VB script, and PowerShell script.
- Intermediate Web-based programming including ASP.NET, C#, JSP, HTML, XML.
- Knowledge of project management and requirements gathering.
- Strong communication skills.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work in a team, fast learner, self-driven.
