Job Overview:

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Sales Manager to lead our inbound and outbound travel sales team. The ideal candidate will have a proven record of accomplishment in sales management within the travel industry, possess excellent communication and leadership skills, and be committed to achieving revenue targets. As the Sales Manager, you will play a pivotal role in driving sales growth, building strong client relationships, and ensuring a seamless customer experience.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement effective sales strategies for inbound and outbound travel products.
  • Set ambitious but achievable sales targets and objectives.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and partners.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to identify and pursue new business opportunities.
  • Monitor and analyse sales performance against targets.
  • Implement corrective actions and strategies to address any performance gaps.
  • Work closely with the product and operations teams to develop competitive pricing strategies. Negotiate contracts with clients and vendors to ensure favourable terms.
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure a seamless customer experience from sales to travel operations.
  • Address customer feedback and concerns promptly and effectively.

Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in business, Sales, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in sales, with at least 2 years in a managerial role within the travel industry.
  • In-depth knowledge of inbound and outbound travel products and services.
  • Strong command in English both oral and written.
  • Added proficiency in Bahasa and Mandarin is an advantage.
  • Strong analytical and strategic thinking skills. Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
  • Proficient in Microsoft Words, Excel, and PowerPoint, working knowledge of Microsoft Power BI would be an advantage.
