Roles & Responsibilities


  • Activity – Scorecard assessment of agents against client and DIS standards, focused on Quality and individual capabilities. Reporting and feedback generated used in agent coaching prioritization, team and market trending, and program level messaging adjustments. Also assists in agent coaching, role plays, progress tracking and agent certification aligned with Quality standards.

  • Target audience – Engages with SM/PM, Learning and Development and Delivery Excellence. Potential client account management or stakeholder involvement.

  • Messaging – Drives structure/cadence of agent assessment, enforces CRMgmt/Sales Mgmt/Client quality criteria, assesses agent adherence & provides coaching + messaging guidance / reporting and analytics to sales & delivery management.

  • Product/Offering focus – Demonstrates knowledge of client product portfolio in order to align sales support or business partner resources with appropriate competencies

  • Qualification/Sales Stage – 0-100% per motion needs

  • Deliverable – Delivers scorecard assessments, feedback and coaching, performance reporting/analytics, missed criteria, trending & quality tracking.


  • Qualifications and Experience:


  • Education – Bachelor’s degree is required, Professional Sales & Account Management is preferred

  • Experience – 3 - 4 years of Sales and/or marketing experience is required, industry sales highly preferred. Analytics and reporting skills required

  • Languages – Fluent in English

  • Tools/Systems – Fluency with basic productivity tools (Outlook, O365,Web Conferencing tools) and experience using CRM systems required, experience using Reporting Tools (PowerBI, Excel, PowerApps, and etc.)
