You Will Play An Important Role In
- Handling all inbound calls pertaining to customer general inquiries, complaints, comments, feedback, and other raising issues related to the company's products
- To exceed customers' expectations in terms of customer service & accurate information.
- Work in a team to achieve the required KPI elements and SLA.
To be successful in this role, you will need to have:
- Candidate must possess at least an SPM and above.
- Required language(s): English & Mandarin (spoken).
- Fresh graduates who are interested to start their career in a call centre are also encouraged to apply â TRAINING Provided
- Applicants must be willing to work on rotational shifts.
- Each shift consists of 9 working hours and includes of 1-hour lunch for rest.
- Applicants must be willing to work in Ara Damansara.
- 5 working days in a week
