Job Responsibility

  • Provide consultation regarding relevant projects through telephone, email, online chat, and other communication channels.
  • Solve customer problems effectively and efficiently.
  • Maintain accurate documentation records of customer interactions.
  • Establish and nurture strong customer relationships.
  • Understand and address customer needs promptly.
  • Gather and analyze customer feedback.
  • Relay customer needs and suggestions to the relevant departments in a timely manner.
  • Participate in basic community building efforts.
  • Conduct periodic user return visits.
  • Handle user operation audits as needed.
  • Collaborate with other departments as necessary to address customer issues and improve service delivery.

Job Requirements

  • Education: bachelor's degree preferred, computer science, finance, business management and other related majors preferred.
  • Language proficiency: English, Mandarin.
  • Experience: more than one year of customer service experience in related fields, those without experience need to be interested in fintech, blockchain or related fields.
  • Language: Good command of Mandarin and English. Strong learning and communication skills.
  • Attitude: proactive, able to adapt to the fast changing environment; team player able to provide high quality and professional support to customers with attention to detail and customer satisfaction. Good at summarizing problems.
