Function

As a Recruitment Consultant, you'll join a team specialized in Commerce Finance. You will handle the recruitment process from beginning to end, being a consultant for both clients and candidates.

Responsibilities

• Contact and advise clients and candidates to discover exciting business prospects
• Become a client relationship expert and build long-term relationships by understanding the client and their unique hiring needs
• Showcase your skills as a consultant by managing positions and attracting top talent
• Strategic matchmaking: expertly match candidates with positions aligning with their skills
• Organize interviews, keep candidates informed and engaged by providing consistent communication and valuable feedback
• Develop your portfolio by proactively engaging new clients
  
  

Local Requirements

• You hold a Master's degree
• Experience in sales, commerce finance or recruitment is a plus
• You enjoy diverse tasks and have a genuine interest in the world of recruitment
• You have strong communication skills in English
• You thrive in a fast-paced environment and enjoy achieving targets while providing quality recruitment services
