  • Technical Leadership: Lead and mentor a team of developers, providing guidance on best practices, code quality, and architectural decisions for insurance applications.

  • Application Development: Oversee the design, development, and deployment of general/life insurance applications, ensuring they meet business requirements and adhere to industry standards.

  • Architecture and Design: Develop and refine technical architecture for insurance systems, focusing on scalability, reliability, and security. Evaluate and implement new technologies to enhance application capabilities.

  • Compliance and Security: Ensure applications comply with industry regulations and security standards, including data protection and privacy requirements specific to the insurance sector.


  • Job Qualifications:


  • 8+ years of experience in software development, with at least 3 years in a technical leadership role. Experience with general insurance applications is highly preferred.Bachelor’s Degree.

  • Proficiency in programming languages commonly used in insurance applications (e.g., Java, .NET, Python).

  • Experience with insurance industry standards and regulatory requirements.

  • Strong understanding of database management systems (e.g., SQL, NoSQL) and integration technologies.

  • Familiarity with front-end technologies (e.g., HTML, CSS, JavaScript) and frameworks (e.g., Angular, React).

  • Knowledge of cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure) and experience with deployment and monitoring tools.

  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field. Advanced degree or relevant certifications are a plus.

  • Soft Skills: Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to manage teams and collaborate effectively with stakeholders. Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
