  1. Make sure the webpage is open.
  2. In the Safari app on your Mac, choose Safari > Preferences, then click Security.
  3. Make sure the Enable JavaScript checkbox is selected.
  4. Click Websites.
  5. On the left, click Content Blockers.
  6. Make sure Off is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.
  7. On the left, click Pop-up Windows.
  8. Make sure Allow is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.

We are seeking an experience data engineer who is comfortable with implementing ETL, automation, modeling and working with large datasets in a fast-paced team with data architects, business SMEs and technical developers. The data engineer will use Talend and Snowflake primarily along with understanding and reverse engineering Alteryx workflows and follow principles of Data Vault modeling. Knowledge of Data Vault design methodology, Data Ops, Monte Carlo, or similar tools, and Snowflake will be essential.

Key responsibilities:
  • Breakdown requirements, understand logical data models and deliver robust data pipelines(ETL) to specifications

  • Own development artifacts and follow established dev, test, deployment principles and processes

  • Ensure build meets stated design and specifications

  • Ensure all development, flows and designs are documented, communicated, updated, and managed in an appropriate manner

  • Data Engineer – Specification 2

  • What we're looking for: An experienced Data Engineer with strong implementation experience and expertise

  • Experienced in modern cloud-based data architecture (Talend/Snowflake including SQL)

  • Implementation experience in cloud data warehousing projects


    • Qualifications:
  • Expertise in ETL and scheduling tools

  • Experienced in Talend or similar (e.g. DBT)

  • Understanding of Alteryx Workflows and recreating it using Talend components

  • Python experience recommended

  • AWS S3/Lambda/Glue/Dev-Ops (AWS data-engineering exposure, hands-on experience)

  • Experienced with CICD pipelines, and working and deploying in large delivery teams

  • Self-driven and constantly striving to improve delivery

  • Optional: Digital Media and Marketing Services experience
