  • Keyword Research & Analysis- Conduct keyword research, identify high-potential keywords, and analyze existing keywords and make optimization suggestions.
  • Update the keyword list weekly, analyze the search volume and competition of keywords, and optimize the keyword strategy.
  • Content Optimization- Work with the content team to optimize existing content and ensure new content meets SEO best practices, increasing the visibility of the page in search engines.
  • Review and optimize existing content on a monthly basis to ensure that page titles, meta descriptions, internal links, and more meet SEO requirements.
  • Website Technical SEO Support- Assist the technical team with technical SEO optimization of the website, including page speed, mobile friendliness, crawling and indexing, etc.
  • Participate in technical SEO audits on a quarterly basis, and make and follow up on technical optimization suggestions.
  • Backlink Building- Assist SEO leaders in executing backlink strategies to acquire high-quality backlinks through content partnerships, social media, external posting, and more.
  • Track and report on backlink growth on a monthly basis and look for new link acquisition opportunities.
  • Use SEO tools to monitor and analyze your website's traffic, ranking, conversion rate and other data, generate reports on a regular basis, and support SEO strategy adjustments.
  • Generate monthly SEO reports that analyze traffic and ranking changes and make data-driven optimization recommendations.
  • Competitor Analysis- Regularly analyze your competitors' SEO strategies, identify their strengths and weaknesses, and provide corresponding optimization suggestions.
  • Conduct a quarterly competitor analysis and update the strategy and action plan.
  • Continuous Learning & Improvement- Keep learning about the latest trends and tools in the field of SEO to make sure your skills and knowledge are up-to-date and applied to your work.
  • Attend at least one SEO-related training or online course every quarter to improve your professional skills.

    Performance Appraisal (KPI) :

    • Keyword Ranking Boost- Target keyword rankings need to be improved to the top 10 every quarter. Monitor keyword performance regularly to ensure your strategy is working.
    • Content Optimization Effect- Quarterly optimized content page rankings need to be in the top 10 and drive significant traffic growth. Work closely with the content team to ensure optimized performance.
    • Backlink Growth- Add at least 10 high-quality backlinks per month. Track and report on backlinks regularly to ensure continued growth.
    • Technical SEO Improvements- Cooperate with the completion of technical SEO audits and implement optimization recommendations on a quarterly basis. Ensure that technical SEO issues are addressed in a timely manner.
    • Data Analysis & Reporting- Submit an SEO analysis report on time every month, and the content of the report should be complete and accurate, which can support the optimization of SEO strategy.
    • Learning & Development- Indicators: Complete at least one SEO-related training or certification per quarter. Ensure the continuous improvement and application of individual skills.
  • Bachelor's degree or above, major in marketing, information technology, computer science, communication or related field.
  • At least 1-2 years of SEO-related work experience, familiar with SEO fundamentals and practical skills. Experience in keyword research, content optimization, and technical SEO is preferred.
  • SEO Skills: Understand the fundamentals of search engine algorithms, and be proficient in core skills such as keyword research, on-page optimization, content optimization, and internal link building.
  • Proficiency in using SEO analysis tools such as Google Analytics, Google Search Console, Ahrefs, SEMrush, etc.
  • Good written and spoken English skills. Familiarity with Malay or Chinese is preferred.
  • Attentive, patient, with a strong desire to learn and team spirit. Possess good analytical and problem-solving skills, and be able to work efficiently under pressure.
  • Sick leave: 14 days of sick leave a year, and a clinic or hospital sick leave slip is required
  • Vacation: One day off per week
