Our client, A leading global pharmaceutical company, ranked No. 1 in Generic Oncology and No. 9 in Overall Oncology in Malaysia, is looking for a Brand Manager to take charge of its Oncology/Haematology portfolio. This role is critical in leading the strategic launch, driving market leadership, and revenue growth of key brands. Reporting to the Marketing Manager, the successful candidate will work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure the success of marketing strategies, creative execution plans, and sales support.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead marketing strategies for the assigned Oncology/Haematology portfolio with a patient-centric approach.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to create and execute multi-channel marketing plans.
  • Optimize promotional budgets and provide insights on effective brand communication and sales execution.
  • Build strong relationships with healthcare providers, stakeholders, and key opinion leaders.
  • Drive digital marketing initiatives to enhance brand engagement and visibility.
  • Provide product training for the sales team to enhance product knowledge and support sales goals.
  • Collaborate with regulatory, market access, finance, and business development teams to deliver integrated marketing campaigns and identify new product opportunities.
  • Oversee product listing processes for both government and private institutions.

Qualifications & Requirements:

  • Minimum 3 years of experience in product management within the healthcare/pharmaceutical/marketing industry, preferably in a multinational company.
  • Experience managing Oncology/Haematology portfolios is essential.
  • Strong analytical, interpersonal, and cross-functional collaboration skills.
  • Proven ability to develop and implement successful brand strategies with a focus on patient-centric marketing.
  • Knowledge of digital marketing strategies and innovative tools for stakeholder engagement.
  • Understanding of pharmaceutical industry policies, business operations, and market dynamics.
  • Strong business acumen and strategic thinking abilities.
