- Monitor overall daily income audit for F&B division and other functions
- Review manning of F&B cashiering as and when need arises from F&B operations
- Review monthly F&B Cost Margin Report prepared by F&B Cost Controller
- Review monthly closing and management reporting for F&B divisions
- Review SST return for F&B division
- Review monthly reports for F&B outlets under franchise
- Handle management accounting and financial reporting
- Review monthly, quarterly and yearly standard financial reporting schedules for
- Review tax schedules for tax return purposes under
- Recommend the signing off of audited financial statement
- Review mid-year review and annual profit plan
- Verify system purchase requisitions and withholding tax
- Authorize online payments
- Ensure implementation of internal control and adherence of operating procedures to achieve compliance of company policies
- Recruit and promote staff as and when need arises
- Coach and train entire team
- Member of GCP Tender Evaluation Committee to make recommendation for expenses up to RM1 million
- Streamline and recommend improvements to the existing internal controls and accounting practices
- Co-ordinate, monitor and to ensure continuous ISO certification for the Finance Department
- A good degree in Accounting or related professional qualifications.
- Must be MIA member.
- Minimum 6 years accounting experience and 1 year experience at managerial level.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
- Meticulous, highly organized and strong leadership qualities.
- Good interpersonal, analytical and presentation skills.
- Experience in the industry is an advantage.
- Experience in ISO certification is an advantage
- Must be willing to travel to outstation as and when required
- Must have F&B industry experience
- Must be willing to work extra hours and manage heavy workload
