Key Responsibilities:

• Manage daily financial transactions, including accounts payable and receivable, general ledger, and bank reconciliations.
• Prepare accurate and timely financial reports, statements, and forecasts.
• Ensure compliance with financial regulations and standards.
• Conduct monthly, quarterly, and yearly closings.
• Assist in budget preparation and financial planning.
• Analyze financial data and provide insights to improve business performance.
• Coordinate with external auditors and tax authorities to ensure timely submission of reports.
• Oversee payroll processes and maintain accurate employee financial records.

Qualifications

• Financial record-keeping, financial reporting, and budget monitoring skills.
• Understanding of financial regulations and compliance.
• Proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Excel.
• Proficiency in Netsuite is a plus.
• Analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Attention to detail and accuracy.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively.
• Relevant accounting certification or degree.
