Key Responsibilities:
- Manage daily financial transactions, including accounts payable and receivable, general ledger, and bank reconciliations.
- Prepare accurate and timely financial reports, statements, and forecasts.
- Ensure compliance with financial regulations and standards.
- Conduct monthly, quarterly, and yearly closings.
- Assist in budget preparation and financial planning.
- Analyze financial data and provide insights to improve business performance.
- Coordinate with external auditors and tax authorities to ensure timely submission of reports.
- Oversee payroll processes and maintain accurate employee financial records.
Qualifications
- Financial record-keeping, financial reporting, and budget monitoring skills.
- Understanding of financial regulations and compliance.
- Proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Excel.
- Proficiency in Netsuite is a plus.
- Analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Attention to detail and accuracy.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively.
- Relevant accounting certification or degree.
