- Responsible for the daily administrative documents of the office;
- Responsible for the work related to the entry and exit procedures, including the handling of employee entry and exit procedures and the distribution and collection/recycling of office stationery, work cards and seat cards;
- Responsible for the management of document sending and receiving, including the sending and receiving of documents, faxes, newspapers and periodicals, registration, etc.;
- Responsible for assisting air ticket and hotel reservations, expense settlement, employee attendance, employee salary settlement, etc.;
- Responsible for conference room management, including the booking and daily maintenance of conference rooms, interview rooms and training rooms;
- Responsible for assisting the company's various meetings;
- Other front desk related work.
- Work experience is preferred, accept fresh graduate interns;
- Fluent in Mandarin and English, good communication skills;
- Strong sense of responsibility and self-drive, teamwork awareness;
- Proficient in the use of computer and mobile phones.
- Non-responsible basic salary after regularization 3K + meal supplement 200 + transportation expenses 100+ Full attendance bonus 200, comprehensive salary 3k or above;
- Five days a week;
- 8-hour work a day;
- Working hours: 9:00 a.m-18:00p.m
