Production Executive

Production Planning and Coordination:

• Manage and oversee daily production operation including ensuring schedules are met.
• Coordinate with procurement and logistic departments to ensure smooth workflow
• Supervise the production team and provide direction for optimal performance

  Quality Compliance

  • Ensure compliance with food safety standards such as HACCP, GMP and HALAL or other relevant regulations.
  • Ensure all finished goods and in-coming materials are up to QC standards

    Food Safety & Hygiene:

    • Ensure that all staff adhere to food safety and hygiene protocols.
    • Oversee implementation and continuous improvement of Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP).
    • Regularly review and update standard operating procedures (SOPs) to maintain compliance with regulations.

      Building and Equipment safety

      • Ensure all staff adhere to safety regulations
      • Ensure all equipment and tools are in good condition

• Working hours: 45 hours a week
• Working Days: 5.5 days
• Working experience: Minimum 3 years
• Minimum Education: Bachelor of Food Science and Technology
• Familiar and experienced in food production/manufacturing with at least a supervisory or executive capacity.
• Good understanding of food safety regulations including HACCP, GMP and HALAL
• Familiar with food production equipment and processes
• Ability to communicate well and give clear instructions
