Role Description

This role demands a high-caliber HR leader with exceptional business acumen and strategic thinking skills to work closely with top management to foster a high-performance culture, ensure top-tier hiring and retention, and manage daily HR operations effectively in multiple offices (Malaysia, Thailand, other countries as expand).

Key Responsibilities :-

Strategic HR Leadership:

  • Collaborate with senior leadership to align HR strategies with business goals for both Malaysia & Thailand offices.
  • Develop and implement HR initiatives that support organizational objectives, drive performance, and enhance employee engagement.

Talent Management & Development:

  • Oversee the recruitment process to attract and hire top-tier talent across both regions.
  • Implement talent management strategies, including succession planning, career development programs, and performance management systems.
  • Monitor and address employee development needs, providing coaching and support to managers and staff.

Culture & Engagement:

  • Champion a positive and inclusive working culture that aligns with company values and promotes high employee morale.
  • Develop and execute initiatives to improve employee engagement, satisfaction, and retention.

Operational Excellence:

  • Oversee daily HR operations, including talent ops, job evaluation, benefits administration, employee relations, and compliance with local labor laws.
  • Standardize HR processes and policies across both regions while tailoring solutions to meet local needs.
  • Ensure compliance with local employment laws and regulations in Malaysia & Thailand.

Requirements :-

- 5 years of People Management experience.

- Experience as Regional Head / Head of HR in multiple countries.

- Demonstrated ability to provide and execute company leadership and direction,

- Passion for engaging with all levels as both a colleague and a high-level coach,

- Strategic thinker, good business acumen, problem-solving skills, and analytical proficiency,

- Strong communications skills and empathy,

- Excellent command of English !

- Flexible to travel overseas as and when needed.
