Responsible for reviewing electronic purchase requisition (ePR) for indirect purchases, review and update vendor master.

Responsible for reviewing electronic purchase requisition (ePR) for indirect purchases, review and update vendor master.
- Timely review of Electronic Purchase Requisition (EPR) and coordinate with requester for EPR issues during the review process.
- Ensure the purchases are in complied with the company policies.
- Support business in cost control activities and ensure spending within budget.
- Review of vendor creation to ensure the documentations are in complied with the policies.
- Responsible for vendor master maintenance.
- Responsible to perform key vendors reconciliation and accrual for month-end closing.
- Maintain cost center and authorization approval matrix for ePR and claim system.
- Prepare ePR training materials and conduct orientation training to new joiner.
- Responsible to perform annual EPR clean-up and coordinate with the cost center globally.
- Attend to ad-hoc request from requester or HOD pertaining to EPR issues.
- Responsible to perform the annual vendor maintenance review and coordinate with the respective Finance team member globally.
- Responsible to perform the vendor performance evaluation for the key services vendors globally.
- Prepare ad-hoc reports for Management.
- Troubleshooting the systems issues together with MIS team.
- Assist on updating the existing Accounts Payable (AP) processes and accounting manual.
- Coordinate and timely response to internal & external queries pertaining to AP matters.
- Involve in system implementation and automation pertaining to AP function.
- Undertake any other jobs and duties may be assigned by superiors from time to time.

- Independent, self-motivated, pro-active and a team player
- Able to read and communicate in Chinese with China Suppliers
- Experience in SAP will be an added advantage
- Minimum Degree in Accountancy
- With minimum 3 years relevant working experience in similar capacity
- Proficient in Excel
