Key Responsibilities:

• Strategic Development: Craft and implement business strategies tailored to the unique needs of startups and small businesses, ensuring sustainable growth.
• Operational Oversight: Manage the daily operations of multiple business units, optimizing processes for efficiency and scalability.
• Team Leadership: Recruit, develop, and manage teams across various functions, fostering a culture of collaboration and innovation.
• Business Development: Identify new opportunities for growth, including partnerships, new markets, and product expansions.
• Financial Management: Oversee budgeting, financial planning, and reporting, ensuring all businesses meet their financial targets.
• Client Relations: Build and maintain strong relationships with business owners, understanding their needs and providing ongoing support.Marketing & Sales: Develop and execute marketing strategies to drive customer acquisition and retention for each business.
• Problem-Solving: Address challenges with creative solutions, ensuring that businesses can navigate obstacles effectively.
• Reporting: Provide regular updates to senior management on the performance and progress of the businesses under your management.

Qualifications:

• Experience: Proven experience in managing or consulting for startups or small businesses, with a track record of driving growth.
• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Management, Entrepreneurship, or a related field; an MBA is advantageous.
• Skills: Strong leadership, communication, and project management skills. Ability to juggle multiple priorities and manage time effectively.
• Entrepreneurial Spirit: A proactive, self-motivated individual who thrives in a startup environment.
• Financial Acumen: Solid understanding of financial management and the ability to make data-driven decisions.
• Adaptability: Able to quickly adapt to changing circumstances and pivot strategies as needed.
