About the Role

As a Digital Marketing Executive (Senior), you will be responsible for managing and optimizing marketing campaigns across multiple social media platforms. This role involves developing and executing strategic marketing plans, overseeing branding and promotional activities, and analyzing campaign performance to drive continuous improvement.

Responsibilities
  1. Campaigns Management: Develop and implement marketing campaigns across major social media platforms like Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, and LinkedIn, tailoring content to engage specific audience segments. Monitor and adjust campaigns in real-time based on performance metrics to optimize effectiveness, and work with creative teams to produce high-quality visuals and videos that align with campaign objectives.
  2. Strategy and Improvement: Create strategic marketing plans informed by market research and competitor analysis to drive brand growth and customer acquisition. Continuously review and adapt strategies to reflect market changes and new trends, and leverage insights from competitor analysis to refine and enhance marketing approaches
  3. Branding and Promotion: Lead and execute branding, advertising, and promotional initiatives to boost brand visibility and customer engagement. Ensure all marketing materials and communications adhere to brand guidelines, maintaining a consistent brand identity across all platforms and touchpoints.
  4. Data Analysis and Reporting: Analyze campaign performance using tools like Google Analytics and social media insights to track key metrics such as engagement, conversion rates, and ROI. Prepare detailed reports for senior management, highlighting key results, insights, and actionable recommendations to improve future marketing efforts.
  5. Team Collaboration and Leadership: Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product development, sales, and customer service, to align marketing strategies with business goals. Provide leadership and support to junior team members, offering guidance and feedback to foster their development, and maintain regular communication with senior management on project progress and key issues.
  6. Project Management: Oversee the planning and execution of marketing projects, ensuring they meet objectives, timelines, and budget constraints. Coordinate with internal teams and external partners to ensure that project requirements are fulfilled, and deliverables are completed efficiently.
  7. Event and Promotional Support: Assist in organizing and managing company events, trade shows, and promotional activities from planning through execution. Handle logistics and on-site support to ensure smooth operations and effective promotion of the company’s brand and services.
  8. Creative Development: Use digital tools to generate and develop innovative marketing ideas and solutions. Create, review, and refine content, including visuals, videos, and images, ensuring they are engaging, accurate, and aligned with marketing objectives. Stay updated on industry trends to bring fresh ideas to the table.
Requirements
  1. Possess at least a Diploma or higher in Marketing, Business Administration, or any related fields.
  2. At least 2 years of hands-on experience in the field of marketing.
  3. Excel in collaborative environments, showcasing the ability to work efficiently and productively with cross-functional teams.
  4. Proficient in English with strong communication skills, fluency in Mandarin is a plus, allowing you to connect with a wider audience.
  5. Thrive in a fast-paced and dynamic environment, showcasing adaptability to evolving industry trends.
