Role Description


Key Responsibilities:
Administrative Duties:
• Assist with managing office supplies and equipment.
• Support daily office operations and ensure a clean, organized workspace.
• Help schedule and coordinate meetings, appointments, and events.
• Provide general administrative support, including filing, data entry, and document management.
• Handle basic correspondence and communication with clients, partners, and staff.
HR Duties:
• Assist with the recruitment process, including posting job ads, reviewing resumes, and scheduling interviews.
• Help with onboarding new employees, including preparing orientation materials and conducting initial paperwork.
• Support HR team in maintaining employee records and updating databases.
• Assist in organizing employee engagement activities and events.
• Help with drafting and distributing HR communications and policy updates.

Qualifications:
• Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, or a related field.
• Strong organizational and time management skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and basic familiarity with HR software is a plus.
• A proactive attitude and willingness to learn in a fast-paced environment.
