About the Team

GrabGifts are prepaid vouchers for Grab rides that companies use to reward employees, customers, or partners. They offer a simple, convenient way to show appreciation and can be used for any Grab ride.

GrabGift, a fast-growing unit within Grab for Business, invites you to join us in creating value for users, drivers, merchants, and business partners across Southeast Asia.

Get To Know The Role

As a Business Analyst for GrabGift, you'll develop strategies and tools to support Sales teams in promoting and delivering services.

You'll collaborate with leaders from Grab for Business, Marketing, Product, Finance, and Enterprise & Business Development teams.

You will report into the Team Lead, Country Development and hybrid working in Petaling Jaya, Selangor.

The Critical Tasks You Will Perform

• You will be involved in the reporting of GrabGifts sales figures, quarterly achievements, and budgeting. This includes maintaining account list, conducting quarterly closing activities, and submitting budget proposals.
• You will extract and update data from different dashboards such as the sales, attribution and FP&A Dashboard.
• You will also handle ad-hoc data requests and provide insights based on the data.
• You will be involved in the sales target planning process, including the bottom-up exercise for quarterly sales target planning and maintaining the sales target repository.
• You will handle the quarterly billing report and ensure all data is captured in the Gsheet.
• You will handle different ad-hoc tasks such as updating the API report, handling web orders & unique session dashboard, and managing the GG redemption report.
  
  

Qualifications

What Essential Skills You Will Need

• You have 3 years of experience in an analytical role.
• You hold a degree in Marketing, Finance, Business, or a relevant field, and are proficient in GSuite (Docs, Sheets, Slides).
• Experience with PowerBI and SQL.
