Now, we are looking for one Marketing Executive (Mandarin Speaker) to join our team. The Job Responsibilities of this role are as follows:

  • Develop and implement strategic marketing plans to promote our software products and web development services.
  • Conduct thorough market research to identify target markets, industry trends, and competitive dynamics.
  • Create compelling content for various marketing channels, such as social media, email newsletters, blogs, and websites.
  • Work closely with the team to synchronize marketing efforts with sales goals and drive lead generation and conversion.
  • Manage and optimize digital marketing campaigns, including SEO, PPC, social media marketing, and content marketing.
  • Organize and participate in industry events, webinars, and conferences to showcase our products and services.
  • Analyze and report on the performance of marketing campaigns, using data to refine strategies and improve outcomes.
  • Maintain an in-depth understanding of our software solutions and web development services to effectively communicate their benefits to potential clients.
  • Keep up to date with the latest industry trends and technological advancements to ensure our marketing efforts remain relevant and effective.

On the other hand, the Job Requirements of this position are:

  • Possess at least a Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing.
  • Minimum 2 years of working experiences in the related field.
  • Have creative thinking mindset and possess strong proficiency in utilizing marketing software tools, social media platforms and digital marketing channels.
  • Possess strong communication and interpersonal skills as well as organizational skills.
  • Able to liaise with diverse types of people at all levels effectively and professionally.
  • Proficient in English, Chinese and Malay in both written and verbal form.
  • Good computer skills with proficiency in Microsoft Office.
