Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement CEX marketing strategies and plans based on the company’s development goals. Analyze market trends, competitors, and user needs in-depth, proposing innovative and feasible market solutions. Conduct market research, collect and analyze market data, and adjust marketing strategies in a timely manner.
  • Maintain and enhance the company’s brand image, increase brand awareness, and strengthen brand presence and reputation. Design and execute online and offline brand promotion activities, ensuring brand consistency, recognition, and influence within the target user group.
  • Plan and implement online and offline marketing activities, including but not limited to social media, SEO/SEM, advertising, and event marketing. Proficient in operating social media platforms such as Twitter, Facebook, Reddit, Instagram, LinkedIn, YouTube, and TikTok.
  • Develop and implement user growth strategies to enhance user activity and loyalty, attract new users through innovative channels, and maintain ongoing user engagement and transaction frequency.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with various partners, expand market resources, especially within the blockchain sector. Establish good cooperation with external media, KOLs, and communities to promote brand exposure and user acquisition.
  • Allocate and manage the marketing budget effectively to maximize the benefit of funds used. Track and analyze the ROI of marketing activities and continuously optimize marketing investment.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree or higher in Marketing, Business Administration, Finance, Economics, or related fields.
  • More than 4 years of experience in marketing-related roles, with a preference for direct exposure to blockchain or cryptocurrency exchange businesses.
  • Track records in the successful planning and execution of crypto marketing activities is highly preferred.
  • Ability to think outside the box and work independently.
  • Familiarity with market analysis tools and methods, with strong data analysis capabilities.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, with a team-oriented spirit. Strong industry resources and negotiation skills are a plus.
  • Fluent in both Chinese and English, with bilingual working capability and familiarity with cryptocurrency industry terminology.
