About the role:

As a Senior Executive Auto Finance, you’ll serve as the key link between customers and the company, focusing on providing tailored auto finance solutions that meet the needs of both individuals and businesses. This is a customer-centric role where your ability to understand financial products and provide strategic advice will be crucial.

Your responsibilities will involve supporting Sales Advisors, guiding walk-in clients, managing loan applications, and representing the company at relevant events. It’s about creating positive customer experiences and ensuring clients feel supported through the entire financing process.

Responsibilities:

  • Be the Financial Advisor: Guide clients through the process of selecting the best auto finance solutions tailored to their needs. Your expertise will help individuals and businesses make informed decisions that shape their future.
  • Master the Loan Journey: Take ownership of the loan approval process. From the moment a client submits an application, you’ll ensure everything is accurate and on track. You’ll collaborate with internal teams and external partners to make approvals swift and seamless, keeping clients informed every step of the way.
  • Build Strong Client Relationships: Be the go-to person for both Sales Advisors and walk-in customers, offering insightful guidance, answering queries, and building trust. Your role is about creating long-lasting partnerships that result in customer loyalty.
  • Lead at Exciting Events: Represent the company at roadshows, exhibitions, and promotional events. Not only will you showcase the products, but you’ll also have the chance to network with potential clients, making valuable connections that drive the business forward.
  • Innovate and Collaborate: Engage in cross-functional teamwork, share insights with your peers, and brainstorm new ideas to continually improve how the company serve the customers.
  • Stay One Step Ahead: Assist with administrative tasks like preparing reports and tracking industry trends. By staying informed about the latest developments in the auto finance world, you’ll ensure the company remains competitive and compliant.

Requirements

  • Possess at least a Diploma in Business Studies, Marketing, or a relevant equivalent.
  • Minimum of 1-3 years of experience in Auto Finance, Financial Services, customer-centric role or a related industry.

· Fluency in English, Bahasa Malaysia, Mandarin, and Hokkien is a major asset in this role.

  • Skilled in using Microsoft Word and Excel.

Skills and Competencies:

· Sales Skills: Ability to effectively sell and promote auto finance products.

· Customer Service: Excellent customer handling skills to assist clients and ensure satisfaction.

· Financial Acumen: Understanding of financial concepts and ability to analyze loan submissions.

· Problem-solving: Capability to resolve issues and make decisions under pressure.

· Adaptability: Flexibility to handle varied tasks and adapt to changing priorities.
