Do you like to interact with people? Our company is hiring Customer Experience Executives to connect with our customers online and offline. We need the chosen candidates to be customer and results oriented while upholding our brand integrity.

Responsibilities:

  • Managing all the inbound and outbound calls in a timely manner
  • Following call center protocol when handling different topics
  • Identify customers’ needs, clarify information, research every issue and providing solutions
  • Seize opportunities to upsell products when they arise
  • Build sustainable relationships and engage customers by taking the extra mile
  • Keep records of all conversations in our call center database in a comprehensible way
  • Frequently attend product and info sharing to improve knowledge and performance level
  • Meet personal/team qualitative and quantitative targets

Requirements:

  • Possess a bachelor degree in any relevant field or minimum 2 years of experience in the call center
  • Previous experience in a customer support role
  • Track record of over-achieving quota
  • Strong phone and verbal communication skills along with active listening
  • Familiarity with Call Center systems and practices
  • Ability to deal with difficult situation
  • Able to speak in Mandarin is an added advantage

Other Benefit:

  • Permanent position available
  • 4 working days and 3 days off
  • Basic Salary start from RM2,500.00 to RM3,000.00 (depending on work experience) exclude overtime and allowance
  • Overtime and additional allowance provided
