JOB OVERVIEW: -

We are seeking a highly motivated Learning & Organisational Development to join our team. The ideal candidate will be passionate about talent development and organizational effectiveness, with strong background in designing and implementing talent development programs and initiatives.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES: -

  • Develop, implement, and evaluate training programs and initiatives that support the development of our employees and align with Company's overall objectives and goals.
  • Collaborate with department heads and subject matter experts to identify training needs and develop learning objectives.
  • Design engaging and interactive learning materials, including e-learning courses, workshops, and other training resources.
  • Coordinate, facilitate and monitor training sessions, both in-person and virtually to ensure smooth implementation.
  • Evaluate the effectiveness of training programs through feedback, surveys, and other assessment tools.
  • Assist in the development of career development plans and pathways for employees.
  • Lead organizational development initiatives aimed at improving employee performance and organizational effectiveness.
  • Conduct organizational assessments and develop action plans to address areas for improvement.
  • Align departments and staff with the organization’s mission, vision, and values, act as a liaison between employees and senior executives.
  • Communicate the company’s culture goals through internal communications,
  • Analyze HR metrics and data to identify trends and make recommendations for improvement.
  • Collaborate with HR business partners to ensure the successful implementation of HR programs and initiatives.
  • Stay current on industry trends and best practices in learning and development and organizational effectiveness.

JOB REQUIREMENTS: -

  • Candidate must possess at least Bachelor’s degree/Master's degree in Human Resources, Organizational Development, Psychology, or a related field.
  • At least 4 year(s) of experience in learning & development, organizational development, or a related field.
  • Strong understanding of adult learning principles and instructional design methodologies.
  • Experience developing and implementing training programs and initiatives.
  • Experience with organizational development, including organizational assessments, change management, and performance management.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Positive attitude with a passion for employee development and organizational effectiveness.
  • Comfort in a start-up environment and ability to work independently with minimal direction.
  • Good oral and written communication skills both in English and Mandarin with the ability to conduct business presentations.

WORKING LOCATION & WORKING HOURS: -

  • The Ascent @ Paradigm Mall
  • Monday - Friday (Flexible working hours)
