General Responsibilities:

Business Partnering:

  • Collaborate with HR team members to understand their operational IT challenges and needs.
  • Serve as a liaison between them and the IT team on operational issues, ensuring effective communication.


Project and Operations Coordination:

  • Provide day-to-day support for IT project planning and execution for the HR function: monitor project deadlines, milestones, and deliverables; identify risks and issues and take actions to mitigate them; provide regular updates to the relevant stakeholders.
  • Proactively oversee HR platform functionality to ensure smooth operations: performance, data quality, continuous workflows; intervene when issues arise by activating the appropriate IT team to maintain the application.


Data Analysis:

  • Assist in analyzing data related to IT performance, project status, and business impact.
  • Prepare reports and dashboards to facilitate data-driven decision making.


Stakeholder Engagement:

  • Cultivate positive relationships with operational stakeholders in HR and IT teams.
  • Respond to questions and requests from internal and external partners in a timely and professional manner.


Documentation and Reporting:

  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date documentation for IT projects and initiatives.
  • Assist in the preparation of reports, presentations, and other materials for executive review.


Functional skills and knowledge:

  • Familiarity with HR processes and practices.
  • Previous experience in HRIS projects and support; knowledge of SAP HRIS software is preferred.
  • Proficiency in MS Office applications.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
  • Effective communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality and professionalism.
