We are currently seeking a talented Content Marketing & Social Specialist to join our team on a 1-year contract basis.

Responsibilities

  • Responsible for content marketing and social platforms management for business, brand, network and innovation portfolio in CelcomDigi.
  • Content Marketing – this consist of content calendar planning, social content boosting, KOL management, net sentiment score and creative content ideation and a clear communication approach when talking to the key target segments.
  • Social Platforms Management – passionate in social platforms that CelcomDigi is active in (Meta, X, YouTube, LinkedIn, TikTok) and driven to grow and improve followers and engagement rates. Able to support innovative content execution for social media campaigns.
  • Support content performance management function within the team in preparation of social listening reports (monthly and ad-hoc requests) and content performance report. Ability to present findings to team and give recommendation for improvement based on learnings.
  • Facilitate content production and across multiple formats, supported by agency / in–house content team to produce content according to stakeholder’s requirements. This includes storyboarding, copywriting, and any other information required for content production.
  • Support social communications for crisis management as and when required.
  • Involvement and contribution to the social platform strategy in growing CelcomDigi brand, championing our brand spirit through our content story-telling and social campaigns/initiatives.

Requirements

  • At least 3 years of experience in marketing communications with exposure in social platforms an added advantage.
  • Has a good understanding on the functionalities of social media platforms and passionate in growing followers and improve content performance.
  • Clear in communications, ability to manage stakeholders across different functions and levels effectively.
  • Creative and able to ideate or give recommendation on content direction for various content formats.
  • Strong command of English and Malay language.
  • Results-driven, passionate in delivering work with meaning and impact.
