We're hiring for Customer Success Executive for one of our clients in the fintech industry.
Position: Executive, Customer Success
Location: Kuala Lumpur, Melaka, Ipoh, Penang, Johor, Kuching, Kota Kinabalu,
Department: Commercial Sales
Responsibilities:
• Relationship Management: Build and nurture customer relationships to drive business growth and loyalty.
• Retention and Renewal: Minimize churn and maximize customer renewals by analyzing customer health metrics and addressing potential issues.
• Customer Engagement: Improve customer engagement and identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling.
• Customer Management: Understand customer needs and map them to our solutions, working closely with the product development team.
• Performance Metrics: Key performance indicators like churn, renewal rate, revenue uplift, ARPU, and CSAT.
Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent.
• At least 2 years of experience in customer servicing, sales, or marketing.
• Strong analytical, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and presentation abilities.
Must haves:
- Client face-to-face experience
- Key account management
- business-to-business experience (B2B)
Nice to have:
- Experience in the banking or finance industry
