Your Role:

As a DevOps Engineer in the Lea product team, reporting to the Head of AI, you will work closely with our developers and Head of AI to automate infrastructure, monitor systems, and ensure a seamless, secure, and scalable environment. You will implement best practices for continuous integration and delivery (CI/CD) and infrastructure-as-code (IaC), ensuring that our systems are robust, reliable, and optimized for performance.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop, implement, and maintain CI/CD pipelines to ensure seamless deployment of new features and updates - (Azure DevOps)
  • Collaborate with developers to design and maintain scalable, high-performance environments across various cloud platforms (Azure and AWS).
  • Monitor and maintain systems across multiple environments (development, staging, and production) for availability, scalability, and performance.
  • Implement automation tools to optimize infrastructure management and deployment processes.
  • Participate in the monitoring of systems, joining the 24x7 on-call support team to ensure the stability and uptime of our services.
  • Enforce best practices for system security, performance, and scalability, ensuring that infrastructure and services are aligned with business goals.
  • Actively contribute to team efforts to improve and automate operational processes.
  • Ensure the compliance of the solution by high standards of security

Requirements (must have):

  • Strong experience in Kubernetes (deployment, scaling, and management, debug).
  • Familiarity with AKS/EKS services, including cloud-based networking, storage, and computing.
  • Experience with CI/CD tools ( Such Azure DevOps or Jenkins).
  • Proficiency in Infrastructure-as-Code (IaC) technologies, such as Terraform
  • Knowledge of scripting and automation tools (e.g., Python, Bash, or similar).
  • 3+ years of experience in a DevOps role
  • Strong understanding of cloud architectures, network configurations, and containerization best practices.
  • Experience with monitoring, logging, and alerting tools (e.g., Prometheus, Grafana, or ELK stack).
  • Strong communication skills, with a proactive, solution-driven attitude.
  • Ability to work collaboratively within a cross-functional team environment.

Desirables (nice to have):

  • AWS certification or equivalent cloud certification.
  • Knowledge of Linux system administration.
  • Experience working in Agile environments.
  • Familiarity with Debezium and Kafka.

Salary Range

10 000 to 14 000 depending on profil
