How can you exceed expectations?

+ Take charge of customer segmentation and craft special promos, customised gifts for your VIP customers

+ Come up and implement CRM strategies to attract new VIP customers in local and potential new markets using Fast Track – look at user active rates, conversion rates, competitor analysis

+ Analyse and optimise sales content and identify different channels for communication – across email, whatsapp, WeChat and SMS

+ Monitor any negative feedback and act swiftly to restore customer confidence through different solutions

+ Communicate effectively in English and Mandarin to serve, maintain and grow meaningful customer relationships

+ Bring in new customers for the business
