- Assist in managing social media accounts across the group of companies, including posting, monitoring, and engaging with followers on each platform.
- Assist in liaising with our merchant partners through the campaigns. You will be negotiating with the merchants for the promotions/privileges/deals which are in aligned with the client’s goals and direction with the goal of furthering the merchant’s brand awareness in accordance with their strategy.
- Provide support to the Manager/CEO on operational issues and daily affairs.
- Manage schedules, calendars, and appointments to ensure efficient time management. Attend meetings alongside the Manager/CEO and take detailed minutes.
- Coordinate and follow up on project deadlines, progress, and appointments. Ensure that projects are on track and all stakeholders are informed of timelines and updates.
- Prepare and submit reports, presentations, and briefs as needed.
- Candidate must proceed at least Diploma/Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma, Bachelor's Degree/Post Graduate Diploma/Professional Degree in any field.
- Experienced in personal assistant/ secretary executive is encouraged to apply.
- Independent, and multitask with great attention to details.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skill.
- Able to manage stress and work under fast-paced environment.
- Proficient in written and spoken English
