  1. Make sure the webpage is open.
  2. In the Safari app on your Mac, choose Safari > Preferences, then click Security.
  3. Make sure the Enable JavaScript checkbox is selected.
  4. Click Websites.
  5. On the left, click Content Blockers.
  6. Make sure Off is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.
  7. On the left, click Pop-up Windows.
  8. Make sure Allow is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.

WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING:

  • Support Global merchant due diligence and “Know-Your-Customer” process.
  • Conduct credit risk and AML risk assessment of new merchant applications.
  • Monitor merchant processing performance and support periodic review of merchants profile.
  • Perform initial screening of merchants’ URLs and support ongoing monitoring of URL content.
  • Support merchant fraud and chargeback management.
  • Handle other risk tasks when require.
  • Lead and support Product Optimization to improve all above workflow.
  • Lead and support Policy/Process management for all above tasks.

WHO WE ARE LOOKING FOR:

  • University graduate, Degree in Finance or Risk Management is preferred.
  • More than 2 years working experience in credit card payment industry or risk management is preferred.
  • Possess good understanding of KYC requirement and merchant risk, with related policy/process management working experience is preferred.
  • Proficient in both English and Mandarin.
  • Passionate in developing career in Ecommerce business.
  • Customer oriented mindset with risk sensitivity.
  • Able to work independently with innovative ideas.
  • Strong communication skill, who can well manage the relationship with business partners.

Sometimes work shift from 1PM - 10PM

  • Able to work from 1:00 pm to 10:00 pm with both weekends off, who can greatly support EU and US markets’ time zone
