We are looking for a Sales Executive that is ambitious and driven to hit their targets of qualifying and finding clients who need help with finding good talents. To succeed in this role, you need to be resourceful, have a Hunter mentality, and strong responsibility and ownership to hit your targets, while driving for excellence. You need a competitive spirit, and a love for challenges to constantly improve your game.

You will need to have the emotional resilience to be able to brush off rejections, and turn them into customers slowly. Understand that rejections are just a part and parcel of sales and bring you closer to your goal by helping you understand the prospect. You will also learn how to overcome objections, while providing value to prospects and being the expert in the field so that you can show prospects you can help.

You need to be attuned to fast-paced startups. English is a must as we are dealing in English-speaking markets. More importantly, you need to be organized to be up to date on your pipelines.

As a Sales Executive, you will be:

  • Finding 10-20 qualified prospects to contact everyday
  • Follow up on previous prospects
  • Creating useful content for prospects
  • Reach out through various channels, whether online, offline, events, etc.
  • Crafting emails and email sequences to add value and have a high open rate
  • Follow up with prospects on LinkedIn
  • Book 10 to 15 qualified meetings per month
  • Establish a thought leadership on LinkedIn to draw more prospects in by posting regularly (~ every 2 days)
  • Attend Sales Meetings with Prospects, write down key summaries, and follow up with prospects for signed contracts
  • Keep organized on pipelines through our CRM system
  • Constantly brainstorm with sales team through testing new ways of prospecting and testing new markets of prospecting

Career Progression

  • As an SDR, you can decide to move on to the Accounts Manager, who is responsible for closing deals. There is also a possibility to move into SDR Lead, where you are responsible for ensuring all SDRs are able to meet their targets of 10 - 15 meetings. You can also decide to move into a different SDR team selling a different product.
