We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented HR Generalist cum Admin to join our team. This role is pivotal in supporting our HR and administrative functions, ensuring smooth operations across the organization. Key Responsibilities

HR Responsibilities

Recruitment and Onboarding:

  • Assist in developing and updating job descriptions.
  • Coordinate and participate in the recruitment process, including screening, interviewing, and selection.
  • Conduct new employee orientation and ensure all onboarding processes are completed.

Employee Relations:

  • Act as a point of contact for employee inquiries and grievances.
  • Assist in conducting investigations and resolving conflicts.
  • Promote a positive work environment and company culture.

HR Compliance:

  • Ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies.
  • Maintain employee records and HR databases.
  • Assist in implementing and updating HR policies and procedures.

Performance Management:

  • Support the performance appraisal process.
  • Coordinate with managers to identify training and development needs.

  • Assist in preparing HR and administrative reports.

Communication:

  • Serve as a liaison between employees and management.
  • Facilitate internal communication through various channels.

Vendor Management:

  • Coordinate with vendors for office supplies and services.
  • Ensure timely and cost-effective procurement.

Qualifications

  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Experience: 2-5 years of experience in HR and administrative roles.
  • Skills:
  • Strong knowledge of HR practices and labor laws.
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills.
  • Proficiency in MS Office.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
