Key Responsibilities:
-Business Development:
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities in the education sector, including partnerships with schools, universities, and other educational institutions.
- Develop and implement strategic plans to achieve sales targets and expand the agency’s market presence.
- Research and analyze market trends to identify potential growth areas.
-Relationship Management:
- Build and maintain strong relationships with current and prospective clients, including educational institutions, students, and parents.
- Act as the main point of contact for clients, addressing inquiries, providing information, and resolving issues to ensure client satisfaction.
-Marketing and Promotion:
- Collaborate with the marketing team to develop promotional materials and campaigns to attract new clients and retain existing ones.
- Represent the agency at industry events, conferences, and exhibitions to network and promote the agency’s services.
-Contract Negotiation and Management:
- Negotiate contracts and agreements with educational institutions and other partners to secure favorable terms and conditions.
- Manage the contractual relationship with clients and partners to ensure compliance with agreed terms.
-Reporting and Analysis:
- Prepare regular reports on business development activities, including sales performance, market analysis, and client feedback.
- Analyze data to evaluate the effectiveness of strategies and recommend improvements.
-Collaboration and Teamwork:
- Work closely with other departments, such as marketing, sales, and customer service, to align strategies and achieve company objectives.
- Provide training and support to team members on business development practices and client management.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Education, or a related field.
- Proven experience in business development, sales, or a similar role, preferably in the education sector.
- Strong understanding of the education market, including trends, challenges, and opportunities.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software.
- Prefer candidates live at JB and willingness to travel to Singapore as needed.
- Able to speak MANDARIN.
