Key Responsibilities:

-Business Development:

  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities in the education sector, including partnerships with schools, universities, and other educational institutions.
  • Develop and implement strategic plans to achieve sales targets and expand the agency’s market presence.
  • Research and analyze market trends to identify potential growth areas.

-Relationship Management:

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with current and prospective clients, including educational institutions, students, and parents.
  • Act as the main point of contact for clients, addressing inquiries, providing information, and resolving issues to ensure client satisfaction.

-Marketing and Promotion:

  • Collaborate with the marketing team to develop promotional materials and campaigns to attract new clients and retain existing ones.
  • Represent the agency at industry events, conferences, and exhibitions to network and promote the agency’s services.

-Contract Negotiation and Management:

  • Negotiate contracts and agreements with educational institutions and other partners to secure favorable terms and conditions.
  • Manage the contractual relationship with clients and partners to ensure compliance with agreed terms.

-Reporting and Analysis:

  • Prepare regular reports on business development activities, including sales performance, market analysis, and client feedback.
  • Analyze data to evaluate the effectiveness of strategies and recommend improvements.

-Collaboration and Teamwork:

  • Work closely with other departments, such as marketing, sales, and customer service, to align strategies and achieve company objectives.
  • Provide training and support to team members on business development practices and client management.

  • Qualifications:

    • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Education, or a related field.
    • Proven experience in business development, sales, or a similar role, preferably in the education sector.
    • Strong understanding of the education market, including trends, challenges, and opportunities.
    • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
    • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
    • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software.
    • Prefer candidates live at JB and willingness to travel to Singapore as needed.
    • Able to speak MANDARIN.
