Role Description

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Recruitment Specialist to join our team at HCK Capital Group. The Recruitment Specialist will be responsible to perform full cycle of the recruitment process including talent sourcing, screening, attracting, shortlisting, interviewing and conducting background checks to successfully hire qualified candidates to meet our organization's staffing needs. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication and organizational skills, 2-3 years of experience in talent acquisition and an ability to devise sourcing strategies for potential applicants.

Key Responsibilities

  • Perform full cycle of the recruitment process as a main point of contact for job applicants
  • Coordinate with hiring managers to identify staffing needs and candidate selection criteria
  • Create job descriptions and interview questions that reflect the requirements for each position
  • Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract qualified candidates
  • Identify multiple channels for sourcing candidates
  • Screen resumes and applications to be reviewed by hiring managers
  • Conduct interviews, both in-person and via phone/video conferencing
  • Coordinate and schedule interviews with recruiting panel
  • Preparing hiring documents (i.e. offer letter, personal files, recommendation letters, education certificates, etc.) and follow up with candidates accordingly
  • Collaborate with HR and hiring managers to support onboarding processes
  • Support on recruitment activities including employer branding exercises, internship, career events, etc.
  • Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices in recruitment
  • Prepare and submit recruitment and HR related reports
  • Assist with other HR-related tasks and projects as needed
  • Flexibility is crucial. In line with team spirit, work on other special tasks assigned by the management

Qualifications

  • Education: Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in any field
  • Relevant Experience: 2-3 years of professional experience specializing in recruitment or equivalent
  • Status: Citizens or permanent residents of Malaysia. Able to work in Malaysia without a visa
  • Language: Excellent communication skills in English and Bahasa Malaysia. Able to converse in Mandarin will be an added advantage
  • Proficiency with social media, CV databases, and professional networks
  • Intermediate computer skills and possess a thorough understanding of internet search capabilities
  • Excellent interpersonal skills for working closely with others across various departments
  • Ability to communicate openly and share responsibilities and rewards within a team
  • Proactive and positive attitude with flexibility in taking responsibilities in various areas
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to follow-through with a high level of accuracy
  • Ability to quickly grasp complex concepts and express them effectively
  • Experience in Executive search firm or other HR related tasks will be advantageous
  • Knowledge of applicant tracking systems and professional credential, such as HR Certification will be advantageous
