- With Suppliers: Maintain good relationships with suppliers and negotiate terms and conditions as necessary.
- Promotions: Assist in the promotion and sales of spare parts, including special offers or new product introductions.
- Documentation: Maintain accurate records of parts transactions, including purchases, sales, and returns.
- Reporting: Generate reports on inventory levels, parts usage, and other key metrics to support decision-making.
- Product Knowledge: Stay informed about the latest products and technologies related to the spare parts being handled.
- Regulations: Ensure all activities comply with relevant regulations and standards, including safety and environmental regulations.
- Ordering Parts: Place orders for spare parts from suppliers based on inventory levels and forecasted demand.
- Minimum education DIPLOMA
- Can speak and write in English and Bahasa Malaysia
