Job Summary:

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Head of Sales to lead our sales department in a networking company specializing in equipment supply, installation, integration, Telematics, and IoT solutions. The successful candidate will be responsible for driving overall sales strategy, fostering strong customer relationships, and leading a team to promote our comprehensive range of networking solutions. A minimum of 5 years of relevant experience in sales leadership, coupled with expertise in the computer networking industry, is required for this position

Responsibilities:

· Develop and implement effective sales strategies to drive growth and achieve revenue targets.

· Lead, mentor, and motivate the sales team to build strong relationships with customers, understanding their needs and providing tailored networking solutions.

· Oversee the preparation and presentation of competitive proposals and negotiate contracts to secure sales.

· Collaborate with technical teams to ensure seamless installation, integration, and delivery of networking solutions.

· Stay informed about industry trends, competition, and emerging technologies to effectively position our solutions in the market.

· Set and monitor sales performance metrics and provide regular reports and updates to upper management.

· Foster a culture of continuous improvement within the sales department to enhance performance and achieve targets.

· Identify new business opportunities and develop strategic partnerships to expand market presence.

Requirements:

· Minimum of 5 years of experience in sales, with at least 2 years in a leadership role within the networking products sector.

· Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets and driving revenue growth.

· Strong knowledge of networking solutions, equipment, and industry standards.

· Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to build and maintain client relationships.

· Proficiency in English, both written and verbal, is compulsory.

· Strong presentation skills, capable of articulating technical concepts to non-technical audiences.

· Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to inspire and lead a team.

· Familiarity with Telematics and IoT solutions is a plus.

· Willingness to travel as required to meet clients and attend industry events.

· Knowledge of Teltonika, Mikrotik, and Ubiquiti products would be an additional advantage.
